The 5th Annual International Harper Day festivities were held on the Iron Horse Trail in Washington. A cool, crisp, wet day in the Cascades that felt more like late September than August. We set out in the rain, and rode on and off with it all day long. For the first time, the group decided to skip the traditional group photo in front of the tunnel. This may be the first year we've ridden the IHT when it was both warmer and drier inside the tunnel. We had a great turnout, 17 riders total. For a couple of the grown-ups, it was their first time on the ride. For two of our second-generation unicyclists, it was their first year switching from bicycle to 36" unicycle. We had Bruce to bring in the International component, and visiting uni dignitaries from both Oregon and Texas. For a ride write-up from the guest of honor himself, go here:
